兵庫県・的形を拠点にお茶のプロダクトを手がける井上茶寮と、淡路島を拠点に香りを設計するクリエイティブスタジオ Olfactive Studio Ne。暮らしに寄り添うお茶と香りを通して、それぞれ独自のものづくりを続ける両ブランドが、CIBONE(表参道)に集います。

会場では、CIBONE(表参道)でお取り扱いしている製品に加え、本イベント限定でOlfactive Studio Neのエッセンシャルジンや、調香の制作過程で生まれた香りをボトリングした「encounter fragrance（通称：まかない）」を数量限定で販売いたします。また、ジンや井上茶寮のお茶を使用したカクテル・モクテルもキャッシュオンにてご提供いたします。

当日は、井上茶寮代表の井上 祖人(いのうえ そひと)氏、井上有紀(いのうえ ゆき)氏、ならびにOlfactive Studio Neの和泉 侃(いずみ かん)氏が在店予定です。

明治期の塩田庄屋の屋敷を拠点に、井上茶寮は
茶にまつわるプロダクトの開発・販売・卸を行っています。
全国の茶畑を自ら巡り、生産者と対話を重ねながら、
本当においしいと思える茶葉だけを選び抜くこと。
それが井上茶寮の出発点です。
100%国産、特別栽培を基本とし、茶葉本来の風味を大切にしながら、
飲んだときに自然と身体になじむ味わい。
茶は嗜好品である前に、日々の暮らしに寄り添うもの。

「はじめからそこに存在していたような香り(匂い)」をコンセプトに香りを設計するスタジオ。
匂いを対象の由来を表す情報と捉え、リサーチを重ねシンクロしながら、適切な素材を選定し調香を行う。スタジオ名である「Ne」は香水の本場フランスで調香師を意味するNez(ネ)に由来する。私たちは調香という領域にとらわれず、クロスオーバーをしながら世の中に「根」を張る香りの創造を目指す。

香りを通して身体感覚を蘇生させることをテーマに活動するアーティスト。植物の生産・蒸留や原料の研究を行い、五感から吸収したインスピレーションのもとに創作活動に励む。作家活動と並行し、香りを設計するスタジオ「Olfactive Studio Ne」を発足。調香の領域にとらわれないディレクションで、チームと共に香りで表現される世界の可能性を広げている。

On Sunday, September 6, CIBONE(Omotesando) will host a one-day-only joint pop-up event featuring Inoue Saryo and Olfactive Studio Ne.
Inoue Saryo, based in Matogata, Hyogo Prefecture, creates tea products, while Olfactive Studio Ne is a creative studio based on Awaji Island that designs fragrances. These two brands, each continuing their unique craft through tea and fragrance that enrich daily life, will come together at CIBONE (Omotesando).
In addition to the products typically available at CIBONE(Omotesando), the event will feature limited-quantity sales of Olfactive Studio Ne’s essential gin and “encounter fragrance” (commonly known as “makai”), a fragrance bottled from scents created during the perfumery process—both available exclusively for this event. We will also offer cocktails and mocktails made with gin and Inoue Saryo tea on a cash-only basis.
On the day of the event, Sohito Inoue and Yuki Inoue, representatives of Inoue Saryo, as well as Kan Izumi of Olfactive Studio Ne, are scheduled to be present at the venue.
This is a rare opportunity to experience the world of tea and fragrance while speaking directly with the creators, so please be sure to stop by.

Matogata, Hyogo Prefecture, overlooking the Seto Inland Sea.
Based in the former residence of a salt field village head from the Meiji period, Inoue Saryo
develops, sells, and wholesales tea-related products.
We personally visit tea fields across the country, engaging in repeated dialogue with producers,
to select only the tea leaves we truly find delicious.
That is the starting point for Inoue Saryo.
Based on 100% domestically grown, specially cultivated tea, and while cherishing the tea leaves’ inherent flavor,
we strive for a taste that naturally harmonizes with the body when sipped.
Tea is not merely a luxury item; it is something that accompanies our daily lives.
That is why, above all else—beyond the origin and production methods—we prioritize “a deliciousness that makes you want to drink it every day.”
Inoue Saryo’s goal is not simply to preserve tradition as it is,
but to naturally reintegrate the sense of time and sensation inherent in tea into modern life.
It brings a little more order to everyday moments.
We design each cup to harmonize with its setting and space.

A studio that designs scents based on the concept of “a fragrance that feels as though it has always been there.”
We view scent as information that reveals the origin of an object; through extensive research and careful synchronization, we select appropriate materials and create fragrances. The studio’s name, “Ne,” derives from “Nez,” the French term for a perfumer—a word originating in France, the birthplace of perfumery. We aim to create scents that take “root” in the world by transcending the boundaries of traditional perfumery and embracing cross-disciplinary approaches.

Artist / Director of Olfactive Studio Ne.
An artist whose work centers on reviving physical sensations through scent. He engages in the cultivation and distillation of plants as well as research into raw materials, drawing inspiration from the five senses to fuel his creative practice. Alongside his work as an artist, he founded “Olfactive Studio Ne,” a studio dedicated to scent design. Through a creative direction that transcends the boundaries of traditional perfumery, he works with his team to expand the possibilities of worlds expressed through scent.
